12 week Salsa Rueda Performance Workshop
Perform at The 10th annual Salsa Rueda Festival in SF
Taught by the Festival co-directors: Nick and Serena
Take your dancing to the next level! Expand your Rueda vocabulary and improve your technique while having a great time with friends. Performing is one of the best ways to push past any boundaries and reach the next level in your Casino and Rueda de Casino dancing. Performing at the Festival is an amazing experience and this year will be our tenth year.
The workshop is open to any dancer who has learned their basics in Rueda de Casino. That means being confident in DQN, Dame, Enchufla, Adios (la prima), and most of our level 1 and 2 turns at https://www.salsavaletodo.com/curriculum/
Please be comfortable working in a group and be able to commit to at least 90% of the rehearsal dates.

Workshop Dates:
November 3, 10, 17
December 1, 8, 15
January 5, 12, 19, 26
February 2 and 9
Performance on either February 15th or 18th depending on groups schedule and preference.
Workshop cost: 12 rehearsals for $180 + purchase of own costume.

Nick and Serena are the founders and Directors of the Salsa Rueda Festival and two successful dance companies; Salsa Vale Todo and Rueda Vale Todo. They have choreographed and performed numerous times nationally and internationally. The Salsa Rueda Festival brings Cuban dance and Rueda de Casino groups from all over the world to San Francisco every year to showcase for the community their talent and passion.
